Well Dressings

One:

• Village Well Dressing where the road from Youlgrave enters the village square.

There are also two "Well Dressing" direction signs, themselves small petalled boards, at the points where the road through the village joins the direct Youlgrave to Newhaven road.

How to get there

Middleton is located between Youlgrave and Newhaven (Newhaven is on the A515 Buxton to Ashbourne Road where it meets the A5012 Via Gellia from Cromford).

CAR: there is on street parking, but at busy times you may have to park some distance from the village centre.

BUS: Tuesdays to Saturdays: every 2 hours from Bakewell. Sundays and Bank Holiday Monday: (at junction with Youlgrave to Newhaven road, about 1km) every 2 hours from Bakewell, Hartington and Sheffield.
